Ilmastointi oli rikki, sitä ei saatu pois päältä. Vilustuin matkan ensimmäisenä yönä. Huoneessa ei ollut ainakaan englanniksi ohjeita kuinka soittaa respaan. Huomattiin asiasta aamulla ja ehdotin että illallisemme annetaan korvauksena. Ylimielinen, agressiivinensuhtautuminen. Ei hyvitystä. Olen loppumatkan kipeä.
