Loved staying here!!! The staff were very friendly, they let us leave our luggage before check in and after check out. There were washing machines free of charge in a room connected to the bath area. As well as a coin dryer in there too. There were free ice creams/ice blocks after evening onsen and free probiotics drinks after morning onsen. Staff were very professional, our room was clean and spacious. The onsens were fantastic, very well maintained. There was a sauna, a cold bath, an indoor and outdoor bath. Lots of amenities in the lobby as well as in the bathing areas. We had breakfast while we stayed here and it was great. Really appreciated the fact that most things were in little containers/plates. Loved staying here, really recommend it.

Great and I mean GREAT service. The staff were amazing, catering to every need. The place is quiet and very zen. It is perfect for those looking for peace and want to meditate. The onsen facilities are clean and heavenly. There was a private onsen in my room and I enjoyed it ALOT.

This is my 2nd stay in this hotel. Breakfast has quite a wide variety of food to choose from and they are all so tasty, especially the beef tongue stew! I also like the free alcohol from 6-8pm, which you can drink to your fill. The free amenity (5pcs per pax) that you can choose per day of stay are worth the price you pay for the room, not to forget, the hotel has a onsite onsen!
