The room was spectacular. We stayed in the grand executive suite and it was worth every dollar. The views were the best in Ella and it was just a once in a lifetime experience. The hospitality was phenomenal and Pradeep and Ashan were fantastic. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Easily the best room we've stayed in in the world!

My husband and I had an incredible stay at O2 Villas. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the service we received was top-notch. The Front Desk manager went above and beyond to accommodate any request we had, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant waiters were so nice and always had a smile on their faces, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Thumbs up to the front desk manager and chef for accommodating my special last minute request of having breakfast with hoppers which was delicious. The rooms had an amazing smell that added to the overall ambiance of the villa. Overall, our stay was worth every penny and we would highly recommend O2 Villas to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Great location: this little gem of a hotel sits on a side street so there is no noise but if you leave the hotel and walk approximately 300 metres you come into the middle of Ella’s main street so the location is perfect. It’s one minutes walk from the station as well. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Shower was hot and powerful in a large bathroom with free toiletries. Daily room cleaning with very cute towel animals left on the bed. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The staff were helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble. Shout out to Mano and Ushan who were excellent and so informative about the area. They went out of their way to help. The owner, his family and the manager were also great and very helpful.

We had an amazing stay at The Pinnacle Ella! The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking, with sweeping vistas of the surrounding mountains that make it feel like you're in paradise. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. As for the breakfast, it was a delicious spread with a variety of fresh options to start the day right. I highly recommend The Pinnacle Ella to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway. It truly exceeded our expectations!

I had a wonderful stay at city heven ella. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my experience truly enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day. The view from my room was breathtaking, adding an extra touch of relaxation to my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable visit!

Amazing stay! Truly recommend

From the minite we arrived our stay at the Newburgh Ella was amazing. All the staff were wonderful and made our stay feel really special. Nothing was too much trouble. Special shout out to Denin who looked after us so well during all our meals. The views at the hotel are absolutely stunning. The rooms are clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Food at breakfast and evening meal was good.

Excellent breakfast. They were able to give us what we ordered. Very helpful and friendly staff mades feel at home and comfortable. Beautiful view of the mountains from every where in the hotel. The room we were given had a super views of the mountain right from our bed which was so nice and gave a cozy feeling. Enjoyed the walk around the garden enjoying the breathtaking views.
