I stayed only for 1 night here. But I felt the following things worked for me- The helpful nature of the staff. Easy to access from the airport. Cleanliness and options for foods.

Check in was amazing. Anne (pronounced Ann-ah) was very nice and welcoming. She noticed an oversight in my reservation and made the correction without having to be asked. Had a wonderful room with a great view. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were efficient.

This 5-star hotel, in the heart of Amsterdam, is set on the edge of the famous Dam Square and opposite the Royal Palace.

A wonderful stay with a top notch hospitality from entering the hotel untill check out. The location is superb, service also amazing. Thank to mr.Hugo and team for pampering us during our stay.
