Washing facilities, free tea & coffee. Free water, hot and cold. We used the fridge and warmed up some food. Great rooftop terrace that has a fantastic view of Mt Mayon. Very clean and our bed was super comfortable. AC was so quiet ( the best we’ve had in the Philippines) We had a lovely stay and would have stayed longer if we could.

The bathroom was also clean! My room included a breakfast buffet. Above all things, the staff was so accommodating. They were able to check me in immediately even if I came before the check-in time. They also allowed me to leave my luggage after I checked out since my flight back to Manila was in the evening.

This accomodation was a luxury for us. Our room were very spacious, the facilities still looks new, we love the solid wood materials they used for the rooms. Rooms are soundproof so you wouldn't be woken up by the highway noises or dogs barking. You can watch netflix as well. Lots of restaurants are located nearby and there's also a large supermarket. The hotel is clean and has a familiar atmosphere, we really felt like at home. The staff, especially Gerson, is really friendly and made sure that we were comfortable. Breakfast is good, typical filipino. The room is spacious, clean, quiet and with great WiFi! We really had a pleasant stay and are looking forward to stay here again. We recommend this hotel to anyone!

We were allotted with free parking space just right across Balai Tinay. We were provided with free toiletries and a towel each. Room is clean and well maintained. There's also unli/complimentary drinking water. It was very relaxing to hang out at their terrace where you can see a glimpse of Mt. Mayon plus sunrise/sunset 😍 Lovely stay indeed!
