Amazing breakfast (!!), really friendly staff, and the best beds. The room was spacious and felt updated & clean. The location was good with proximity to surf (5min walk) and next door to a chilled out cafe. The hotel restaurant was great also for lunch.

This is truly a ‘Wow’ property - and the photos just don’t do it enough justice! Bright and open interior with numerous smaller areas outside that allow everyone to find their own space for a bit of privacy. An enormous sun terrace at the top with enough hammocks and beds for everyone to have their own - and incredible views across the ocean and down to the beaches from the Buddha garden at the very top of the house. Lots of lovely finishing touches that make this place feel like a home from home. Our adult kids were delighted with all the entertainment on offer. The villa was spotless upon arrival. Supermarkets within five minute drive. Parking directly outside. Quiet neighborhood, but beach and bars just five minute drive away - or 20 minute walk down the hill (it’s a tough walk back up but worth it if you fancy feeling like you did some exercise - or just a bottle of wine with dinner - which we did every night!)

There was no one at the front reception but the host was very quick, helpful and responsive to phone calls and text messages any time. Space was clean. Shower pressure and temperature were excellent! Breakfast was great with breads warmed from the oven. They were able to accommodate my dietary restrictions which I really appreciate. Location was excellent, with a short walking distance to all the shops and the marina for taking a boat to the Berlengas island. Short driving distance to sea view seafood restaurant recommended by the host. Free parking spots in front of the hotel.

Starting from beginning, the place was really easy to find, because it is huge building with sign on it. The parking is very spacious, it was very easy to park even though there were already lots of cars there. There is opportunity to charge electrical car, they even have solar panels for it. Check-in was great, we were greeted by staff right away, everything was explained very well, also got brochure with same info in text, because I forget things fast and this thing helped a lot. Our room was very easy to find, there are signs where to go, where to find anything. The room was very spacious, nicely equipped, lots of spaces to put our stuff away, good layout, balcony, etc. After long day it was great to relax there. We also did purchase breakfasts with our room. There is plenty of time to go and eat, the restaurant have a lot of space. There were lots of options to choose from, like hot food (for example eggs in 3 or 4 different preparation methods, meat, etc.), various fruits, cheeses, etc, then different options for coffee or tea, whole table for various buns and other sweeteners and so on. Staff were also very pleasant and observant. We also tried SPA zone, which was included in our room price. For us SPA was only indoors, because we went there in cold season, so outside was not really available. But everything in indoor SPA is great, we really enjoyed just relaxing, swimming in pool, going inside sauna, and using jacuzzi. We also tried sport zone, which was not huge, but had enough to hit all main muscle groups, like arms, legs, do cardio, etc. There were two electric bicycles, two treadmills, two benches, lots of different weights, one exerciser for various hands muscles, and one for legs.

we had some problems with the air conditioner in our first room. They immediately upgraded us to the presidential suite – which was fabulous.
