I was traveling the entire country by motorbike with my significant other and we came past Borsa and stayed at Nord Hotel for a night. It was pretty great. We wanted to soak a little in the pool after a long day in the saddle and got everything we wanted out of it. The spa & pool facilities are great, there's a dry & wet sauna, a whirlpool and a very beautiful salt grotto upstairs. Breakfast was great and the fridge was stocked with snacks & chocolate for late night munchies - which i very much appreciated. Staff was nice and helpful. There's no fenced off parking but that wasn't an issue because people up north are generally very nice and it's pretty quiet compared to any large city in Romania. 10/10 as far as i'm concerned. Much cheaper than comparable spa hotels in the area too.

Beautiful, newly built, just recently opened hotel, with a good location, just a few minutes away from the ski slopes. Very good base if you want to go hiking as well. The staff is exceptional, clean, nice, yet simple design. We had a great weekend ! ☺️
