Everything is outstanding: the spacious well designed bungalows, the friendly and helpful staff, the kind and lovely owners. I intended to stay a week or two and stayed more than a month! The hard working and kind owners Sam and Jacki and staff Nee, Cha, Da, Gop, Nat, Mai and all the other lovely staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I wanted a quiet peaceful stay and the owners and staff went out of their way to make that possible. I got food poisoning at an outside restaurant and the kitchen made me a special dish for several days in a row to calm my stomach which really helped me. The beach is lovely and calm, the restaurant is right on the beach with great food and drinks. There are so many thoughtful touches to the bungalows like an aircon that doesn't blow directly onto the bed, two big closets, enough hangers for your clothes, and the best bathroom of any hotel I've seen, but it's the lovely people that really make this resort outstanding. Don't hesitate to come here, it is unbelievably great!

This is a gorgeous resort built up on the side of the mountain, giving amazing views. We loved everything here. The rooms are spacious with a nice layout and modern decor. Every meal we had a delicious, and the service from everyone at the resort was 5 star all day long. The beach is just amazing with plenty of room and not a bunch of loungers crammed together. I would love to revisit this resort in the future.

I mean…there are no words to describe this hotel on long beach. The level of service, the high standards, the hospitality and the care that you get, is definitely not thai standards. We enjoyed this place so much. The food in each restaurant is fantastic, the staff went above and beyond to provide everything we needed, from transportation to room change. (Franck the hotel manager is a standup guy. Made sure to welcome us when we arrived and say goodbye when we left) The facilities are well taken care of! But what stands out more is the quietness and calm!! No children, no noises…just peaceful and calm. I would definitely come back again.

The place is very quiet and peaceful, garden and fence makes it feel private.. Rooms are spacious, clean and it is in very good conditions. Staff is amazing, funny and helpful. It feels like there is no mosquitoes and sitting outside on terrace during the day and in the evening makes it enjoyable to listen to the jungle. I am usually careful about booking for longer time, but this time immediately I got it for 9 days amd I will extend. Some people book it for 5 months or so. I totaly understand why. Nice hideout but still within a reach of busy center.

Location by the beach was perfect, and long chairs were available for the customers. The room was very spacious with an extra room and a balcony. Staff was also very welcoming and helpful.

Wonderful staff and rooms. The hotel is close to everything from the beach to 7-11. Everything is so walkable and the accomodations were very comfortable. Great breakfast too! We would absolutely stay here again!

Good location in the middle of Long beach. The hotel is located in a quiet area 5 min away from the beach. The rooms are nice and clean. The reception also provides additional services like tours or hotel pickup/airport drop off.

Very nice pool, also close to beach. Rented a scooter from them to drive around the island, could store some luggage. Also assisted us nicely to go to next location.
