To be honest, I don't know where to start. The staff are very unique and welcoming especially Omar and Nilay. The management were very special, We booked our room from booking.com but when we arrived the room was smaller than the pictures that we've seen! We weren't happy about it for the first night. While having breakfast in the morning, a staff guy named Omar approached in a very friendly way and asked if we are happy with everything, we said that everything is great but the room is smaller than we've expected, he then went to his superior and I believe her name was Evren, she gladly gave us a bigger room with no extra Charge and there's always a smile here and there. Marvelous hotel, perfect location near everything that you may need and a super wonderful staff. I'm gonna surely come back 💕

The hotel staff were really amiable. We've met nice, friendly people here and I'd like to mention Selim, one of their receptionists. This is the nicest person we have encountered in Marmaris. He will go out of way trying to help you out and if it happens he doesn't know it, he will call around people he knows and will come up with the solution. The owner is also a very pleasant and helpful person. I would recommend Almena Hotel without hesitation, to anybody. Great people, great breakfast and great location!
