Nice hotel! Very polite and friendly staff. Spacious and very clean rooms. Rich breakfast. Wonderful backyard terrace for enjoying the tea. Own Mineral pool, which was so good to stay at and come back directly to the room for having rest. Tranquil area. Just refill and replenish yourself. Thank you very much for these beautiful days!

The Hotel is very nicely designed with spacious rooms and a strategic location just at edge of the city center for about 10 mints drive, beautiful beach at 8 mints, thermal citations at 15 mints and the amazing cascades at 25-30 mints. They have a great choice of spa services and a swimming pool. And excellent staff. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely go back if I visit Turkey again.

It’s a nice hotel—everything is new and very clean. The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel also provides a complimentary small cake upon request. It’s located in a high-end area.

It was a really wonderful stay there. all staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Reception staff, restaurant staff and room service staff are the best. I got to know Amir who was really amazing and very helpful. I recommend this hotel 100%

The hotel was very clean, the staff were amazing! They were very friendly and accommodating, especially Aliriza and the lady at the front desk helped us a lot and answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our time there. The check in and checkout was a breeze. They also arranged our transfer to the city Center and back to Istanbul. The staff helped with bringing in and taking out the luggage as well. The hotel’s location was beautiful and convenient with a few cafe and restaurants with delicious food and small shops to buy souvenirs around it which had quite reasonable prices and a few grocery shops for everyday essentials. The food at the hotel was delicious with good number of options. We had our breakfasts there and one dinner and enjoy all of them. The breakfast had some repeating items and some that changed daily and were all delicious and fit to all appetites. The empty plates were quickly taken away by the staff so the dining area was always tidy and the food trays were quickly filled and ready to serve once they were almost emptied. The rooms and facilities were all very clean and nicely decorated. There was daily house keeping who brought us fresh towels, emptied the bins and placed new water containers (cup size) in the room. There was an activity available for every age, so it was a great place to spend time with family and friends. We used the indoor and outdoor pools, the sauna and cold shower the kids used the playground. The pools also offered fresh towels and required everyone to wear swimming caps that could be bought from the hotel itself. They didn’t have any pool noodles or floaties for kid but you can buy them from the shops around the hotel. The hotel also had a nice lobby were the whole family could sit together and have some tea and chat.

Well managed hotel. Superb service. Comfortable stay. Very relaxing. Two nice thermal pools. Large selection of spa procedures. Good restaurant service. Only 2 hours taxi drive from IST airport. Thermal historic park nearby.
