We have arrived very late and were given a room with no electricity working and water leaking from the aircon. The lady from reception who saw this said she will come back with a key to another room and dissipated for 15 minutes. We were standing in the dark room without possibly either to unpack or to love to new room. So eventually when we went to reception again, we learnt that the lady at reception finished her shift and another lady was at the reception. It appeared that she did not know anything about us waiting for a new room in a room that was not properly functioning and we would have been waiting longer if we would not go to reception ourselves. The other lady who took her shift asked for my ID again saying she needs to check us in and only when I said by phone that I have already checked in and due to my back pain cannot walk that long distance and show my ID since it was a fault of her colleague who just left her shift without notifying about us waiting in the room. It was very difficult check in for us and a loss of the time. Will not choose this hotel knowing how staff can act especially at night
