I stayed at one of the panoramic rooms. It was so beautiful to look out onto the city. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. I felt instantly at home with the staff, I felt cared for at every moment of my stay. It was walking distance to the center, fantastic restaurants around the area, and I felt so safe with security at the front and a key card to get to the room. One of the front desk staff, Babs was extraordinary. Although I was in a city that wasn’t familiar, he made me feel welcome, safe and cared for throughout my stay. I will be back and be letting everyone I know to stay here the next time they are in Chicago.

comfortable beds great room nice view

The lake view is absolutely amazing. We were lucky enough to be there on a Saturday night and the room was a front row seat to the bi-weekly fireworks (I was told they do them on Wednesdays and Saturdays during the spring and summer). At check in try asking for a higher floor!

Beds are extremely comfortable. The establishment is very clean and classy. The rooftop bar was a huge bonus. It was nice to be able to drink until our hearts content then take the elevator to our room. And the food is really good too.

This is my favorite hotel room in Chicago. I love the location, views, and the bathtub is the entire reason I book it. The hotel is also one of the cleanest.

The location was amazing. There's lots of great restaurants nearby, walking distance for most POIs, amazing views. We were there before Christmas so the decorations were a big plus. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Also, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet despite the hotels central location. Amazing hotel overall.

Very comfortable and in a great part of town near the orange line. Easy to get from the Museums to the apartment.

I loved everything about the property! I especially appreciated the modern design and stylish setup. The space was clean, well maintained, and very welcoming, which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable from the moment I arrived.

It was really spacious as the title says, 3 bedrooms with clean and comfortable beds and tv in two rooms + in living room. While searching for the stay, I read a lots of reviews about other apartments with sound from upper floors but this apartment does not have any sound no disturbance at all. The location was great, there was reserved parking on back of the building but we easily found street parking.

Well appointed apartment - tasteful decor, comfortable beds, all the kitchen utensils and linens needed for a lovely stay. Great light in a loft building. In-unit laundry very handy. Responsive management. Short walk to Chinatown, Roosevelt Ave, Millionaire’s Row —- an excellent home base.

The location was very nice and safe. It was very close to one bus and a brief walk to two others. I also used the Blue Line El, which was a comfortable walk from the house and a short ride to downtown. Very close to Douglass Park, which is large and pleasant, especially in the summer heat. The kitchen had more than the usual appliances available for use, and it was very clean. I also discovered the Bloomingdale Trail on this trip to Chicago, which is a relatively short bus ride away.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Our family loved the little details like the smell of the lobby, the family movies and popcorn in the pool room on Friday and Saturday evenings, and the hotel was perfectly located. We were able to walk to Millennium Park, Navy Pier, Chicago 360, Chicago Theatre, London House, Riverwalk, etc.

The service was excellent from check-in to room service. Everyone was very professional and courteous.

Incredible facilities and food!!! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and used the gym, pool, tennis courts and did multiple classes. We have 4 teenage daughters and it was all of our favourite places we have stayed in our lives.

Perfect Location, nice staff, and comfort.

Rooms were comfortable. Cozy feel to them. Bed was amazing! Slept like royalty! We enjoyed having breakfast. Customer service was great. Staff were friendly.
