We have traveled to many countries and stayed in many high-end and budget hotels, including in China where I live, there are many five-star hotels with excellent service. But the service of this hotel really surprised me. The hotel has a separate room butler, free tutu bus to the city from 6 pm to 10 pm every night, and they also gave us a Khmer dinner. The most exaggerated part is that we have to take the evening bus. The hotel gave us a late check-out until 5pm, and then arranged for a free car to take us to the bus station at 10.30pm, and also arranged for staff to accompany us. It was amazing to know that the price we booked was very cheap, only a few tens of dollars, and the service here was completely beyond expectations. Thanks to Kevin and the woman who took us to the station, I'm sorry I forgot to ask her name. I would recommend my friends to stay at this hotel when visiting Angkor Wat.
We stayed at this hotel for a total of 4 days, and the front desk staff greeted us with sweet smiles every day, even upgrading our rooms. There is a swimming pool on the top floor of the hotel, which is much better than watching the sunset on Mount Bakun. It can relax the body and mind because every day of visiting Siem Reap is tiring. There is a mini-supermarket across from the hotel that meets daily needs. There are many booths renting motorcycles within 300 meters, as well as a larger supermarket, everything is very convenient.
