The place has a warm traditional atmosphere, very clean and cozy, surrounded by beautiful alpine nature. The views are stunning and the location is perfect for peace and relaxation. The staff were extremely welcoming and always ready to help, making us feel at home from the first moment. The traditional food was delicious and prepared with fresh local products. An ideal place to relax and enjoy the authentic charm of the Albanian Alps. Highly recommended — we would definitely come back again.

Absolutely stunning hotel! Loved the pine trees. Excellent location across from a lovely football field, great for kids. Rooms were so comfortable. Excellent beds. I didn't want to leave in the morning! Breakfast was absolutely delicious and huge! We also ate lunch and dinner here and the food was delicious, affordable and hearty. The pool was delightful and very refreshing! Loved the robes that we got to wear to the pool! Highly recommend staying here! My son hurt his arm and the wonderful staff helped get us some ice and checked on him. Very considerate!

Located in the heart of the Albanian Alps, the Natyral Razma Resort complex includes an indoor pool, restaurant serving local and international specialities, on-site library and free bike rental. Excellent location and facilities . The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would whole heartedly recommend it

My son enjoyed aqua park a lot .Everything it’s very clean ,”Staff extremely hard working and kind people .The staff in reception are extremely helpful, we talked during these 2 days mostly we 2 receptionist- Alexander and Jorida - both have excellent communication skills, are were extremely friendly and helpful to us . All staff are in fact very good here - thank you to everyone for making our stay here very enjoyable. Ariana and family- Uk
