I Tilcara, 26 kilometer fra Cerro de los Siete Colores (Fjellet med de sju farger), ligger El Portal de La Quebrada, som har et utendørsbasseng, gratis privat parkering, en hage og en restaurant. We stayed here during carnival and we had a good stay. The location is just outside of the village. It was perfect to enjoy carnival and driving out to other attraction in the area in a stay. I guess majority of their guest is Argentinian but Ceser helped us. The restrants serves tasty dinner at reasonable price.
