We had stayed elsewhere in salta and this was such an upgrade. The shower and bath were fab. The bed super comfy, breakfast was excellent

We stayed in the small wooden cabin/tent and it was very cozy, clean and comfortable with excellent privacy on the porch with incredible views of the mountain range and grazing horses. A beautiful location, wonderful breakfast and excellent hospitality!

This is the best hotel we have been to in Argentina, the place is just wonderful and the employees are very nice! The location is beautiful, surrounded by vineyards, the hotel's architecture is stunning (it looks like a Spanish "masia" or a countryside house in Italy's Tuscany). When we arrived they gave us a room in the first floor and asked for a room in the floor above to have better views, they did all they could to change our room free of charge. They also offered a free wine-tasting, so we had the chance to try all of their wines with some cheese platters (white, red, rose, from the cheaper end to the very expensive end) with a professional sommelier. The hotel offers some activities (we did a horseback-riding excursion). In the evening the garden and the terrace are full of people enjoying some nice wine, the atmosphere is really magical. A lot of people ignore the area of Cafayate (and head to Mendoza instead), that is a big mistake, not only do I think that Cafayate wine is nicer but the area is beautiful. I strongly recommend staying here!

Asturias is set in a large country house surrounded by Argentinean-style gardens in downtown Cafayate. It offers an outdoor pool and attractive rooms with ornamental décor and free Wi-Fi. Hotel Ankara Suites is located less than 10 minutes’ walk from the Salta city centre. It offers modern, self-catering apartments with free Wi-Fi, and a hydromassage tub, and sauna. The "room" was actually a two big rooms apartment (living with kitchenette and bedroom) with everything that I could have asked. Clean, quiet and comfy. We didn't use facilities outside the room. The breakfast chosen was delivered to the room at the requested time, and was perfect for us. The location is excellent for tourists. If I'd come back to Salta, the Ankara Suites will be my hotel of choice without doubt.
