My stay at Urban Nature Bad Gastein was simply exceptional — truly beyond what I imagined. Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. The hotel is modern, stylish, and feels absolutely brand new. The rooms are beautifully designed with a fun, creative layout and thoughtful touches everywhere. The interior details, colours, lighting, and the cosy atmosphere make the room feel incredibly special. The views from the windows are breathtaking — mountains, snow, mist, and the charming rooftops of Bad Gastein. Waking up to that scenery was magical. Even the shower has a view! The location couldn’t be better. The waterfall is less than 30 seconds away on foot, and the hotel sits right in the heart of the village with everything close by. The staff were wonderful — friendly, welcoming, and very organised. I booked through Booking.com, and my check-in was prepared and ready instantly. The spa and outdoor heated pool were a highlight. Swimming while surrounded by snowy mountains and cold air was an unforgettable experience. Absolutely beautiful. Parking costs €12 per day and is just one minute away, right before the waterfall — very convenient. Overall, this hotel is a gem. Clean, stylish, warm, and full of character. I loved every detail, and I truly recommend it with full confidence. A perfect stay in every way. Everything was absolutely perfect and far beyond my expectations. الفندق بصراحة فوق الخيال! كل شي فيه بيرفكت ومتفوق على كل توقعاتي. الفندق جديد، نظيف، ومرتب بطريقة فنية ووايد حلوة. التفاصيل داخل الغرفة شي ثاني… الألوان، الإضاءة، الديكور، كل زاوية مسوينها بذوق. الغرفة حتى من داخلها تعطيك فيب جميل. من النافذة تشوفين منظر ولا أروع… جبال، ثلج، ضباب، وبيوت القرية القديمة. الصباح من المنظر هذا يحسسكم إنج في لوحة. حتى الشاور فيه إطلالة! الموقع ممتاز ممتاز… الشلال يم الفندق بخطوات، أقل عن 30 ثانية مشي. كل شي جنبكم وقريب. الموظفين قمة في اللطف والاستقبال. حاجزة من بوكينق، ولما وصلت كانوا مجهزين كل شي، ودخولي تم بسرعة وبسهولة.

This 4-star-superior hotel in the centre of Schladming, just 450 metres from the Planai Cable Car, offers a 1,500 m² spa area, a restaurant, and free WiFi. Everything - perfection of a weekend spa getaway, it couldn’t get any better. We have around 6 spa weekend trips per year, and here the increased price is really worth it. Perfect rooms, amazing food, clean spa area with entertaining sauna ceremonies, lovely and overly attentive employees of the hotel… we didn’t feel like leaving.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my husband and our 4-year-old. Everything was perfect! We especially loved the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, so relaxing. There’s also a small playground for kids, which was great for our little one. The views of the mountains are absolutely spectacular. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

A further plus is that it is situated very close to a big playground for kids. What else to say? We'll definitely come back!
