Hotel staff members are very professional and helpful, with great energy as well. I have to say that Mr. Walker is exceptionally outstanding when it comes to receiving guests at the front gate. He deserves a big bonus steak. Also, bed and pillows in my room are just wonderful, by far the softest I've ever experienced during my travel in the world. I've had the best sleep in many years. Arrival staff were friendly and helpful, the private spa barrels were wonderful, the room was beautifully furnished with no expense spared on floor finishes, linen, furniture, Japanese crockery. Ambiance from lighting and the planting outside was beautiful. Arrival chocolates and prosecco cans was a nice touch, and the breakfast hamper was lovely. Bed was super comfy, and the heat lamps in the shower, and heated towel rails were great!
