We enjoyed a lot our stay, feels like home. The driver to Gondola Izak is very nice person. The food was delicious and varied. The spa is very nice too. Overall really good choice based on other reviews it didn't disappoint.

Ruskovets Thermal SPA & Ski Resort is a modern hotel resort located in Dobrinishte, only 6 km from Bansko. The room (in the main building) is very spacious, clean and well equipped. The sauna and pool area is large. The food is very good, both if you choose halfboard or a la carte. There are indoor and outdoor kids playing areas. The massage service is very good. Almost all staff speak English. There is a shuttle service to (2 rides in the morning) and from (2 rides in the afternoon) the ski sloapes. There is room cleaning daily.

Set 600 metres away from the nearest cable car and 1300 metres away from the centre of Bansko, the 4-star Grand Royale Apartment Complex & Spa offers an indoor pool, a large spa, a gym and a... I loved the spa facilities and that there were shuttle busses from the hotel to the gondola and from gondola to the hotel. Plus there was a room to store our ski equipment. The breakfast was good and varied! The rooms were good as well, we were in an apartment with two rooms a living room with a small kitchenette(it didn’t have a stove, but it did have a microwave and a toaster that were working) also got some water tea and honey as a complimentary free gift! It has a great room service menu with good prices(we sadly didn’t get the chance to order from it) there was a gaming room and salt room but with extra costs! The pool was big and it is kind of between 1.40-1.55 deep!

The Perun Hotel enjoys a peaceful location next to the large city park on the edge of Sandanski. It offers fine Bulgarian cuisine. Very nice small hotel with excellent spa. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is good and you can order dinner from pretty basic menu. The hotel is very close to the city park entrance and thei own parking is a big advantage. Highly recommended. We had a great time.

Combining traditional Bulgarian architecture with modern facilities, the Four Points by Sheraton Bansko enjoys a convenient location close to the gondola lift in Bansko. All the staff we spoke to were amazing! Unfortunately, I don't remember their names, but they helped my fiancé arrange a surprise for my birthday, which meant a lot to me. We had a fantastic stay. The room was very clean, and the lobby was spotless too. The buffet breakfast was very good.⭐

Located in Banya, 5.6 km from Holy Virgin Church, Regnum Banya Thermal Hotel provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. It is a relatively new hotel. We felt very satisfied with everything that the hotel offers - staff, food, room conditions, facilities. The management spoils their guests with Bday presents. Acknowledging your guests is a superb detail in hospitality services. It melts hearts and makes people return. The pools/ jacuzzis are a delight. Would be nice if saunas get fixed quickly and work all the time.
