We stayed in this place for 3 nights first then booked another hotel for the pool only to understand what we missed. And we came back for the last night to this hotel to feel humans again and to leave a good memory in our trip. Not that the other hotel was bad but in this place, you just feel so well, it's hard to explain. It far surpassing the other one in every aspect even in the spa that works 24/7. Small things. The food was delicious and various, different every day, everyone is smiling and really caring for you.

Set 600 metres away from the nearest cable car and 1300 metres away from the centre of Bansko, the 4-star Grand Royale Apartment Complex & Spa offers an indoor pool, a large spa, a gym and a... I loved the spa facilities and that there were shuttle busses from the hotel to the gondola and from gondola to the hotel. Plus there was a room to store our ski equipment. The breakfast was good and varied! The rooms were good as well, we were in an apartment with two rooms a living room with a small kitchenette(it didn’t have a stove, but it did have a microwave and a toaster that were working) also got some water tea and honey as a complimentary free gift! It has a great room service menu with good prices(we sadly didn’t get the chance to order from it) there was a gaming room and salt room but with extra costs! The pool was big and it is kind of between 1.40-1.55 deep!

The Perun Hotel enjoys a peaceful location next to the large city park on the edge of Sandanski. It offers fine Bulgarian cuisine. Food is very delicious, clean room, the spa is excelent, the staff is very kind, location is perfect!!!

All the staff we spoke to were amazing! Unfortunately, I don't remember their names, but they helped my fiancé arrange a surprise for my birthday, which meant a lot to me. We had a fantastic stay. The room was very clean, and the lobby was spotless too. The buffet breakfast was very good.⭐

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. Excellent location, beautiful views,friendly and professional staff.Bery clean, rooms were cleaned twice a day. Bfast menu was vast and everything was fresh and delicious.Best hotel we ever stayed.Hope we go back soon.Very relaxing atmosphere in every place of d hotel. Thank you 🙏 for making our stay perfect.will recommend to all my friends to visit.

Located in Banya, 5.6 km from Holy Virgin Church, Regnum Banya Thermal Hotel provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. We are family with three small kids. Which state at the hotel in the beginning of April. There were hardly any occupancy, so all the fools were ours :) there are 2 big pools and three small ones. Some hot some cold. Bulls are working from morning till 8:00 p.m. breakfast was very good. There is a plenty of parking because hotel is at the edge of the town. Overall great value for money.
