Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. Spa, breakfast and rooms are fantastic. All facilities are very clean. Proximity to gondola lifts is super convenient.

The room was spacious and very well equipped. Staff was also amazing, they surprised us with birthday cake all on their own. The swimming pool is outdoors but it is hot and really enjoyable. Breakfast was also nice and had plenty of things to choose from.
