The hotel is excellent, stuff is super friendly and helpful, Ahmed helped us with the luggage, and is always here when you need him, breakfast was a 10, fresh baked goods, fluffiest pancakes you can image, a lot of variety and with good quality. Very clean and modern rooms, and overall interior of the hotel. Also very smart with the specialized room for ski equipment and the door that leads you out where the shuttle stands. Complementary Shuttle service to the Gondola and back, very helpful not to walk uphill, but it is very close to the gondola. Spa center was decent and clean, stuff was very friendly, I wish it had a thermal bath, that would have made the stay perfect.

The room was spacious, with a modern design, and not a lot of noise could be heard from the outside. The bathroom was spacious, equipped with a bathtub, instant hot water, and great pressure. We received two free bottles of water and coffee every day, courtesy of the coffee machine. The fridge was quite big and made no noise. The temperature in the room was great. The bed was very comfortable. There was also an electric stove. Cleaning was done daily; shampoo, shower gel, bathrobes, and towels were replaced daily if you left them on the floor. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Sometimes it was a buffet, sometimes à la carte, depending on the number of guests. We also had dinner a couple of times at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was correctly cooked. We went during the week, so we basically had the spa area all to ourselves, which was wonderful. The hotel staff was very attentive, helpful, and nice. The reception area was also very nice, with lovely Christmas decorations. They organized a fine dining wine-pairing dinner, which we were informed about before our stay, requiring a 50% deposit. It was a bit expensive, but in my opinion, it was worth it, and it was the culinary highlight of our stay. So I would definitely recommend it if you have the chance.

Отель Kempinski Grand Arena Bansko, единственный в Банско с прямым доступом к лыжным склонам, расположен в самом центре горнолыжного курорта, прямо напротив станции гондольного подъемника. Отель отличный. Второй раз останавливались. Очень приятный доброжелательный персонал. Расположение - лучше не придумаешь. Кухня выше всех похвал. СПА отличный, много саун, снежная комната, массажи и много много других опций. Обязательно вернёмся опять. Сам Банско очень уютный европейский город. Жители добрые и приветливые. Рестораны в любом месте очень красивые, интересные с вкусной едой. Отпуск пролетел, как один день. Спасибо.

Very well maintained and tastefully decorated. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had a great time in the warm swimming pool. Breakfast was varied and tasty.
