Ruskovets Thermal SPA & Ski Resort is a modern hotel resort located in Dobrinishte, only 6 km from Bansko. We had an amazing stay at Ruskovets Resort. The food was excellent, every breakfast and dinner was different, always fresh, and very tasty. The room was amazing, very spacious, with a separate living room, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The service was excellent and the staff were very kind and professional. The pool area was amazing, especially for kids. They have a separate children’s pool with warm water, which was perfect and made our stay even more enjoyable as a family. The resort is very close to Bansko, just a 6–7 minute drive, making it the best choice if you want to visit Bansko but stay somewhere peaceful and comfortable. We will definitely come again and highly recommend Ruskovets Resort.

The Perun Hotel enjoys a peaceful location next to the large city park on the edge of Sandanski. It offers fine Bulgarian cuisine. The double room was spacious, very clean, and well equipped with all necessary amenities. The pool was clean and filled with hot thermal water, and guests can easily use the sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, and massage services. The staff were more than helpful and made our stay very pleasant.

We had a wonderful family stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bansko. The staff were very welcoming and our room was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly quiet at night. We truly appreciated the upgrade to our room — thank you for this thoughtful gesture. The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the center of Bansko, making it easy to explore. Considering the quality of service, comfort, and location, it’s also great value for money. If we ever come back to Bansko, we will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. The staff were exceptionally nice. We really enjoyed the spa. 4 sauna, 1 steam, 1 ice room, indoor heated jacuzzi and pool, and same outdoor. The piano bar was also very good experience. The singers Doni and Eli were very professional and good singers and made great party.

Nastanitev Regnum Banya Thermal Hotel se nahaja v mestu Banya, 5,6 km od znamenitosti Holy Virgin Church, in ponuja zunanji bazen, brezplačno zasebno parkirišče, vrt ter skupni prostor za druženje. The hotel is new, clean and really nice. Staff was very kind and always willing to help. The pool was with perfect temperature for winter outdoor pool 35C. Room 403 has enormous terrace and is maybe the best room in the hotel. Coffee was good at breakfast.
