Set in Pamporovo and 350 metres away from the nearest ski lift, Sunny Hills Ski&Wellness boasts a barbecue and surcharge wellness centre. Fantastic! The hotel was more than what we expected and it had everything we needed - cozy warm room (they gave us a bigger double bedroom apartment), nice food and great attitude. The breakfast was good with many options as well as dinner. We planned on eating out a few times but ended up in the hotel's restaurant every evening. The coffee on the lobby bar is great. Each member of the staff was extremely polite throughout our stay. The shuttle option was very very useful so we didn't have to figure out how to get there. Also, big parking behind the hotel. Everything was just great!

Nice location with a magnificent view over the little town. Tough parking, but everything else was nice. Home style breakfast gave an additional touch of coziness to our stay. Facilities were clean, the deluxe room was spacious and perfectly equipped. We loved it!

Very happy with our stay here. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable , we had a heater which kept the room at an ambient temperature the wifi is good and there is smart tv for anyone wanting to log into Netflix. If we had time to stay longer we would have. The dinner was excellent and we had a good variety of food available at breakfast time. Would recommend to others.

Starting from the room that is well equipped, and good quality amenities, the entire hotel is very clean. The restaurant has been the best in the village. The present in the room with the complimentary fruit plate and the personalized message was a big surprise. Thanks to the Team which has been professional and educated....all includes from the first step to the last. The program organized for the March 3rd was amazing.

The Smilen Hotel situated in the Rhodope mountain is the perfect place for a comfortable winter or summer holiday, a great family vacation or small private or business events. Excellent hotel. Modern, spotless, comfortable rooms and great bed, good service and very reasonable price. The place is a bit out of town, which is a great plus, since the views are incredible from each and every angle. We loved the place and wished we stayed longer. It has free parking as well.
