It's the sort of place where you end up on first name terms with most of the other people staying there!
We had one of the 'motel' rooms - recently rennovated, really well done. Breakfast was included and was excellent - continental buffet style, lots of local produce.
And you're only a 15 min drive away from the entrance to the national park - which is just stunning.

Excellent breakfast with fresh, handmade food and local products. The location is perfect, about only 15 min drive to Parc des Hautes Gorges de la Malbaie, 45 min from Parc des Grands Jardins and about 30 min from some towns (La Malbaie, Baie St Paul etc.). The spa, the sauna and the fire camp are very good.

Fantastic location! We could walk everywhere and the Metro station is very close. Beautiful rooftop patio and nice patio off the room. The option to use the spa is a nice addition and they offer a guest discount. The spa is lovely and relaxing. The breakfast was very good! Staff were helpful and friendly.

Room was very nice with a great bed. Linens, towels, etc. were 1st class. No trouble from noise and got a good nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent and included in the room rate. All the usual hot and cold items were available plus there was a counter for freshly made eggs to order - omelette, fried, etc.
Pool was lovely with a couple of hot tubs as well. For an extra fee there was also a great looking spa should you wish to indulge.
Ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and wasn't disappointed. Great steaks.
Staff all very helpful.

We loved the breakfast that was included. There was a great selection of food. The pool was great and the spa was very relaxing. The gym looks clean and has the basic equipment.

Its my 3rd or 4th trip to Kinipi. This was my least favorite and only because there was so much loud talking in both sauna and around the hot tub area it was distracting. I did mention it to staff and they said they would deal with it. The food menu needs to include a ceasar salad and clubhouse as many options are havy on the meat side. The new breakfast option was fabulous - great meal before getting back on the road fpr 8 hours. The rooms are lovely.

Great countryside location. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Having the ability to use the lake facilities within the overall cost was a bonus. The evening meal (excellent), breakfast and spa package worked really well for our short stay.

This place is a hidden gem. Beautiful back garden with pool, large in-ground hot tub and sauna make it a perfect mini-spa vacation. And you have access from 8 am to 11 pm.
