This hotel was exceptional in every way, especially the staff who were so friendly.We had a ground floor room with a bay view, so could walk easily down to the spa. Huge super king bed. Beautiful lights in the garden at night. Heated bathroom floor! Exceptional value for money.

The host did a great job of letting us know the ins and outs of the place. There was clearly a lot of thought put into all of the elements of the room and the decor. They were also always very responsive if we had a question. We had a wonderful time.

Surrounded by rain forest, this Ucluelet hotel boasts spa and fitness facilities and an outdoor swimming pool. An on-site restaurant is featured. Free WiFi is included. From arrival to departure everything was fantastic. Could not find any fault at all. The reception staff were so welcoming and helpful. We arrived a little early and our room was ready. Everything in the room was spotless. Bed was so comfy, we haven't slept so well in a long time. We were able to have the sliding door on to the balcony open and just close the screen so the sound of the sea was beautiful.
