The staff are incredibly caring and attentive, and the service is simply flawless. The rooms are spacious, stylish, beautiful, and new, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. Breakfast was an absolute delight, and the dinner alone is a reason to come back — truly exceptional. The location couldn’t be more central, and the modern spa is a wonderful bonus. I would especially like to highlight the reception team: everything was organized for us perfectly and even beyond our expectations. They took care of every detail with genuine kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I return to Basel, I will definitely book this hotel again.
