This hotel is truly outstanding — we loved absolutely everything about our stay. The staff are incredibly caring and attentive, and the service is simply flawless. The rooms are spacious, stylish, beautiful, and new, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. Breakfast was an absolute delight, and the dinner alone is a reason to come back — truly exceptional. The location couldn’t be more central, and the modern spa is a wonderful bonus. I would especially like to highlight the reception team: everything was organized for us perfectly and even beyond our expectations. They took care of every detail with genuine kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I return to Basel, I will definitely book this hotel again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Enjoying a quiet location in the heart of Basel, the Radisson Blu Basel Hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the central train station and features a great indoor pool. The receptionist Stephanie was incredibly kind and supportive during our check-in explaining to us about the city and the hotel and the Christmas special options at the hotel restaurant (breakfast, brunch, etc) I can only thank the team and specially Stephanie for making our stay special
