Staff is excellent and very nice, helpful - it felt like "coming home". Hotel and facilities are 5 stars + and breakfast a true joy as was dinners and amenities. But staff was the best I have experienced (and I tyravel alot).

It feels like home. The whole seed was satisfied and everything was comfortable. The apartment has everything you need, every detail. I really liked that the apartment in a small town and outside is almost always quiet, it is very important when relaxing with small children. Everyone is happy, we recommend it, and we will come again ourselves.

Absolute gem of a hotel in an off the beaten path location. My husband and I came to their restaurant this past summer and loved it so much that we came back to stay! The hotel is the perfect size. Not too big, but not too small either. You feel like you’re staying at your family’s home. Everyone is very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel rooms are beautifully furnished, very clean and have great amenities. As for the restaurant - it is Michelin rated, so it’s fantastic. We pride ourselves on being foodies and came back to eat at the restaurant again. We managed to book a massage for this stay, which was equally wonderful.

This is a great place! Beautiful location, and the staff takes excellent care of it. Clean modern rooms with nice views. The restaurant offers several options for dinner and all of excellent taste. Local products are used. Great advice from the sommeliere for Austrian wines. Excellent breakfast. Huge spa area, swimming pool and garden. Hiking, biking, sightseeing - lots of options nearby. Staff is polite, friendly and well-trained.

Located in Salem, this hotel features scenic gardens, a wellness area and an award-winning restaurant. It lies 7 km from Lake Constance. Everything was perfect, the staff is extremely friendly, the food is great (the dark chocolate mousse is a dream). Very clean, very quiet, even if the hotel is across the street from the train station. We travelled with our 4-year child, he was spoiled by the staff :)
