The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. The service, food, atmosphere, room, views, and location just doesn’t get any better. The spa treatments were Devine.

The owner is very sweet, helpful and speaks English very well. The apartment is clean, big enough and has everything you need. The location is fantastic and it has a big supermarket only a 3 minute walk away.

Hosts were super friendly, responsive and helpful. Location is also ideal and very close to the Interlaken city (even walking distance). I realized that all Air BnB hosts share a list of instructions on how to keep the house clean and use facilities properly. This is their right but there is always a way to portray this information. The hosts shared the same set of instructions like the other air bnbs I stayed but the way they did it didn’t feel at all that they were instructing or ordering or even threatening! It definitely made the difference

Great communications with the host, the apartment is simply stunning! The facilities are amazing, pool and games in the basement, along with the gym, and the wellness room (which we didn't use due to time constraints).

It was my birthday and I was given a surprise special attention at the breakfast with birthday song and sparkle light. The variety at the breakfast was also great. The room was quite comfortable with almost every needed toiletries. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The Spa area was superb. The entire indoor felt like living in a castle though not so modern but all classy and feels homely.

SALZANO Hotel - Spa - Restaurant is a charming family-run hotel built in typical Swiss chalet-style in Interlaken-Unterseen. It offers bright rooms with wooden décor and free internet access. Дуже привітний персонал, нереально красиві місця поруч, смачна їжа
