The owner is very sweet, helpful and speaks English very well. The apartment is clean, big enough and has everything you need. The location is fantastic and it has a big supermarket only a 3 minute walk away.

Loved everything about it. It had all facilities and things you could imagine. Very modern as well! Hosts were super friendly, responsive and helpful. Location is also ideal and very close to the Interlaken city (even walking distance). I realized that all Air BnB hosts share a list of instructions on how to keep the house clean and use facilities properly. This is their right but there is always a way to portray this information. The hosts shared the same set of instructions like the other air bnbs I stayed but the way they did it didn’t feel at all that they were instructing or ordering or even threatening! It definitely made the difference

Fantastic Stay at Hapimag I had a wonderful stay at Hapimag interlaken! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and friendly, making check-in a breeze. The room was modern, clean, and spacious, with comfortable bedding and great amenities like a mini-fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was also spotless, and I loved the large shower with good water pressure. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station, and easy access to the lake and the city center. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning, which had a great selection of items, including fresh pastries, eggs, and cereals. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience made it a memorable experience. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Interlaken
