The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

Loved all the kitchen facilities and the apartment was at a really nice location with nice views from the outside and it also had supermarkets nearby like coop and Lidl and the person in charge also took the time to explain to us all the facilities and how to use like the dish washer, dryer, washing machine and she even suggested places we can visit during our stay at interlaken:)

Great location. Studio apartment was clean and tidy with excellent facilities. The building was warm and secure with a free parking spot included. Alex was very helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hapimag Interlaken, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The moment I stepped onto the balcony, I was blown away by the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and picturesque town. It was truly mesmerizing! The location of the resort is perfectly central, making it easy to explore Interlaken's charming streets, shops, and restaurants. We were within walking distance to everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was not big but quality wise impressive. A special mention to Patricia, she was quite helpful in the breakfast section. What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and ensured our comfort and satisfaction.

Gorgeous mountainous views, the room was spacious and very comfortable, lots of parking space, amazing staff, and stay is close to all attractions in Interlaken.

Nastanitev Grand Hotel Beau Rivage Interlaken se nahaja v Interlaknu, 19 km od znamenitosti Grindelwald Terminal, in ponuja informacijski pult, sobe za alergike, teraso, brezplačen WiFi v celotni... Breathtaking views, 5 minutes walk to Interlaken Ost station, good variety at the breakfast and staff was really helpful. We will definitely visit again.

SALZANO Hotel - Spa - Restaurant is a charming family-run hotel built in typical Swiss chalet-style in Interlaken-Unterseen. It offers bright rooms with wooden décor and free internet access. I truly enjoyed my stay at Salzano Hotel. The location is beautiful, the breakfast was very good, and the room was lovely and comfortable. Most importantly, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Special thanks to Myriam🌸,who was incredibly cooperative and supportive beyond words. She genuinely cared about helping us and even followed up to make sure we had enjoyed our stay. She also kindly arranged breakfast for us, knowing we would miss it the next morning due to our very early trip to Milan. I travel twice a year, and honestly, I have never met a hotel reception staff member like her. This is the truth. I will definitely return again, as I truly enjoyed my stay.

Nastanitev SALZANO Apartments se nahaja v Interlaknu in ponuja restavracijo, sobno postrežbo, bar, vrt, teraso ter pogled na vrt. The facilities were fantastic, particularly the spa area. The staff were incredibly friendly with a specific mention to Emily and Elaine. The views are breathtaking. The location to Lake Thun is ideal. Only a short walk away. Free local bus into town just down the road. Breakfast was okay without being amazing. Dinner we had on two separate occasions was excellent. The apartment we stayed in was very impressive. Much better than the photos. Larger than expected. Really loved our stay. The place had a great feel about it.
