I liked them when our daughter got sick and we decided to leave because there was no hospital, they promised me to contact Booking. Com. They are so friendly with their guests. When i was driving on a difficult road in Frutt Mountain, they kept guiding me to reach them.

Bathrobes, slippers and towels are provided. Wonderful hotel with very attentive and friendly staff. All things were very well planned out. The breakfast was really excellent, the egg menu was great. Location from the centre of the village was a bit far, however there is a free skibus that stops right outside the hotel. And being a bit further away meant that it was absolutely quiet.

Great location, the views are incredible, Melchtal is a small village, no huge number of tourists and still you can see the great views of Swiss alps from your window. Good underground parking, with lift directly to the room door. We stayed in the apartment on 3rd floor, very spacious, with big dining table and big bathroom. The resort has a spa pool with nice view from the window and sauna, free of change for guests, we enjoyed it very much each day after sightseeing. Good breakfast, including good coffee, fresh bread, excellent croissants, nice selection, yogurt, fruits. Staff very helpful, thanks to Stefan, who remembered our coffee choices :)
