Lovely decor and big clean room and bathroom. Helpful staff who were there to help us with anything we needed. Perfect location close to the centre and right on the lake.

Az 5 csillagos Grand Hotel Villa Castagnola közvetlenül a Luganói-tó partján található, Lugano óvárosától sétatávolságra, egy szubtrópusi növényekkel tarkított magánparkban. - we loved our rooms, very spacious - we got a free room upgrade (we had 3 rooms) - super friendly staff! Very helpful. - breakfast was nice - housekeeping cleaned the rooms twice a day with turndown service which we loved!! - there was always a gift in the room, like chocolate, cake, fruits, etc.. - very thoughtful management - rooms had huge balconies in the suits. - we enjoyed the new year’s eve dinner, the kitchen was very accommodating of our needs and requests.

Every things they really take care of every little details. Staff were wonderful all of them no exceptions. Location the panoramic few you wouldn’t find it any where else. The panoramic suite was amazing . One of the best hotel I have visited in my life
