Located directly on the shore of Lake Maggiore, a private bathing beach, the jetty with its own marina and garden, guest rooms and suites. The location was perfect right on the waters edge. The room was huge and had a small balcony which was very nice to sit out on.

Everything was excelent (accomodation, food, interior abd outdoor design). The personal , especially Signore Chistiano Rossi, was very helpfull and pleasent. Az 5 csillagos Grand Hotel Villa Castagnola közvetlenül a Luganói-tó partján található, Lugano óvárosától sétatávolságra, egy szubtrópusi növényekkel tarkított magánparkban. Ideal and excellent property for families. The staffs were very polite and they were extremely helpful when needed .

Surrounded by a Mediterranean garden in the hills above Ascona, Casa Berno features a heated outdoor pool and a sun terrace overlooking Lake Maggiore. Free WiFi is available. Magnificent views but wish we were on higher floor. Excellent service convenient parking brilliant pool amazing breakfast amazing restaurant food and service. Can’t fault this property.
