Staff is extremely kind and shows care for their guests, especially in the restaurant area. Great location, very clean, nice view over the mountains and lake. Solid pool and spa area.

Right on the shores of Lake Lugano and within walking distance of the Old Town of Lugano, the 5-star Grand Hotel Villa Castagnola is set within a private, subtropical park. All personnell was really friendly and helpful. The Junior Suite was spacious, very clean and left nothing to wish for with an excellent view. Room service excellent as well, fast, great quality and priced adequately.
