Starting from pre-checkin communication to checkout and dropoff at the airport, it was excellent. The staff is exceptional and very helpful. The property has thought about every small detail that the guests will need and didn't charge for them (nickling and diming was absent).

Terrado Suites Antofagasta offers a luxurious seaside experience, featuring a pool, spa area, sauna, and wellness treatments. The room was HUGE and the view spectacular. We watched the birds in and on the water every day with much delight. The breakfast is truly excellent with eggs cooked to order, just ask. The bartender makes limonada with freshly squeezed limes and fresh mint and ginger. Amazing.

The property is out of the way but beautiful, the staff make it exceptional. After coming from a hostel where the staff didn’t want to help us at all, the staff here organised a taxi to come and collect us, let us check in early and even had a bottle of wine waiting in our room for us. We enjoyed the pool and the many animals wandering around. We left early in the morning to go to the salt flats and they organised a little packed breakfast to take with us and gave us hot water for tea in the morning. Bed was super comfy and the room was spotless. 1000% recommend.

On our first day, the front desk staff member Nicholas was extremely friendly and spoke excellent English. Hotel Tulor, in Chile´s San Pedro de Atacama, features comfortable rooms following the traditional architecture of the area. It has a pool and offers archaeological tours. Free Wi-Fi is available. The best part was the staff. So friendly and making you feel welcome and helping at all times. Andrea and Graciela, you made our trip to Atacama area! Due to excursions being very early, we didn't have breakfast but they have some things in reception for you if you want to do. Great location, walking distance to main street. Safe parking. Pool and resting area, as at home. Top restaurant in town (though not part of hotel, they are renting premises), one of the best dinners we had during our 3-weeks trip to Chile. Last but not least, cold beer available in fridge at reception.

Located in the centre of San Pedro de Atacama, Hotel Kimal features a gourmet restaurant, a pool, a hot-tub, a massage and relaxation centre. I had an exceptional stay at Hotel Kimal in San Pedro de Atacama. I stayed in one of the bungalows “Kimal Pueblo” and absolutely loved it, peaceful, charming, and very comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax after long days exploring the desert. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and professional. One detail I especially appreciated was that at the end of the day, the cleaning lady would quietly pass by the room, prepare the bed for my return, and turn on the bedside lamps, such a thoughtful touch that made coming back feel so cozy and welcoming. The room itself was spotlessly clean, and the spa and hotel facilities were fantastic. The restaurant was also excellent, with delicious food and amazing service every time. I highly recommend Hotel Kimal for anyone visiting the Atacama Desert. I would definitely stay here again!
