We were pampered throughout our stay and the staff did everything they could to make us comfortable and happy. They were very polite, friendly, kind and very welcoming. You have to understand it is not most welcoming terrain. Great rooms, Juanita and staff are superb. Spanish helps. also need a car or have to keep requesting ride to main street.

Breakfast is great, location is good you have to walk 10 min to caracoles, which is ok. Staff was awesome.

Excellent, rooms were tastefully decorated. The common areas were excellent and cozy to hangout. Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent !
