They have the most sweet and friendly cat. The breakfast was outstanding, everything fresh and delicious- it was breakfast and lunch together. Eguardo speaks excellent English. Just stay here!

A luxury modern/rustic cabin for 2 people with an exceptional location in the middle of a forest. Private terrace with jacuzzi overseeing the forest, Castro city and the bay. Extremely clean bathroom, bedroom and kitchenette. Super comfy bed. Huge breakfast served to our room at the time of our choosing with local cheese, avocado, a selection of cold meats, milk, youghurt, jam, natural juices and incredible bread (they bake it themselves). All appliances working including a Bose bluetooth speaker, perfect for enjoying the complimentary bottle of wine to soft music in the jacuzzi at night. Gloria y Cote are the nicest hosts ever, they treat you truly like family. They were so nice that when I asked for a charcoal grill to make a night barbecue they bought one specially for us! Even though Castro city is close (5 min drive) we went looking for a quiet place to relax but this exceeded our expectations, if you need a place to relax in Chiloé THIS IS IT!!

An outdoor swimming pool, a sauna room and gym facilities can be enjoyed at Hotel de Castro. There are comfortable common areas, Wi-Fi is free and the town’s main square is 200 metres from the hotel. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was lovely since the beginning, the room was cozy and warm, the food at the restaurant was delicious and always available, and it was great to have facilities like sauna and swimming pool after a long day out. (Breakfast was delicious too). The internet was fast and available from all the places of the hotel, which is great for people who travel for work. The location was more than excellent, having the main places very close, like Castro Cathedral, many cafes and restaurants, crafts fair, and the coast.

OCIO Territorial Hotel offers free WiFi in Chiloe, only 500 metres from the beach area. Free parking is provided. Castro city centre is 30 km away. I appreciate that they take note of what the purpose of the stay was (I went there with my partner for her birthday) and they welcomed us really nice. The OCIO staff team was accommodating and friendly. the location is beautiful, plenty of things to do on site, you can walk around the property and see some sheep, hidden gems in the forest, all the way until the beach. the hot tub was comfortable, the room was super comfortable. it's so nice and quiet there.

The hotel and staff are wonderful. The whole experience is FANTASTIC. The view from the dining room and living room is like a fairy tale, as the view form the rooms, absolutely mind-blowing!
