Beautiful view from private balcony, relaxed atmosphere, wonderful staff, great rooms, nothing over-the-top or ostentatious - just calm. Good breakfast. Useful location.

Staff was suuuper friendly and helpful, they gave us a bigger cabin than what we booked. Staff always bringing wood and making fire. Fire kept living room nice and warm, even though outside was cold. Cabin is nice, big and with plenty of natural wood. Surroundings is nice, green and between the threes. Super hot shower with plenty of water. Walking distance from city centre, around 20 mins.

The hosts were lovely and very helpful, gave some great recommendations of where to go and eat. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and then the facilities on site were fantastic, especially for the kids. Wish we could have stayed longer!

One of the best places I've been to, the fully equipped kitchen, the jacuzzi, the fireplace in the living room, the huge and luxurious bed, the close supermarket , and above all, Maritza and her nice family, who helped us with everything, whether it's restaurants, trips, a link to a lovely guide, or anything else we needed. Thanks to them, we discovered how beautiful the area is and how many activities there are to do. Thank you, highly recommend place

Hotel Pucón Indómito is situated in Pucón, within 10 km of Villarrica National Park and 33 km of Meneteue Hot Springs. Very nice breakfast and breakfast area. Super friendly and helpful staff. The staff went above and beyond for us. We wish we could have stayed longer.
