Entre Volcanes Lodge ligt in La Ensenada, op 44 km van Pablo Fierro Museum en 43 km van Raddatz House. De accommodatie biedt gratis WiFi, een tuin met een terras en uitzicht op de bergen. Everything was wonderful, from the super welcome from the staff to the comfy beds and great showers, the lovely views from our room and the excellent breakfast. We couldn’t have asked for more and had a lovely relaxing time here.

They have the most sweet and friendly cat. The breakfast was outstanding, everything fresh and delicious- it was breakfast and lunch together. Eguardo speaks excellent English. Just stay here!

Cascadas Hotel ligt in Puerto Octay, op 23 km van Osorno (vulkaan), en biedt accommodatie met een fitnesscentrum, gratis privéparkeren, een tuin en een terras. To be clear, a few things were good: the food, the cocktails, the gardens, the quiet beach, and the lake view. The staff was polite, although communication in English was difficult. We were also allowed to check in one hour early, even if it was in a twin room instead of the double room we had actually booked. That is where the positives end.

Huge breakfast served to our room at the time of our choosing with local cheese, avocado, a selection of cold meats, milk, youghurt, jam, natural juices and incredible bread (they bake it themselves). All appliances working including a Bose bluetooth speaker, perfect for enjoying the complimentary bottle of wine to soft music in the jacuzzi at night. Gloria y Cote are the nicest hosts ever, they treat you truly like family. They were so nice that when I asked for a charcoal grill to make a night barbecue they bought one specially for us! Even though Castro city is close (5 min drive) we went looking for a quiet place to relax but this exceeded our expectations, if you need a place to relax in Chiloé THIS IS IT!!
