Very kind staff, and beautiful facilities on the lake. The breakfast was excellent, especially the fruit selection. The staff were incredibly helpful - helped us book a guide for summiting the Volcan Osorno, prepared a breakfast for us to take early in the morning, arranged for us to use free bikes, set up free sauna visit. Overall a wonderful experience.

Everything was wonderful, from the super welcome from the staff to the comfy beds and great showers, the lovely views from our room and the excellent breakfast. We couldn’t have asked for more and had a lovely relaxing time here.

Clean rooms, beautiful design and artwork, the owners are so nice and helpful. Outstanding view of the city from the room, but very quiet because it is on a hill 5 minutes from town. They have the most sweet and friendly cat. The breakfast was outstanding, everything fresh and delicious- it was breakfast and lunch together. Eguardo speaks excellent English. Just stay here!

Set on the shores of Llanquihue lake and boasting stunning lake and volcano views, the recently-built Hotel AWA offers luxurious accommodation with free WiFi access in Puerto Varas. Incredibly attentive staff that made everyone feel very special. Stunning views and rooms. Could not recommend more

Nastanitev Cascadas Hotel se nahaja v mestu Puerto Octay, 23 km od znamenitosti vulkan Osorno, in ponuja fitnes, brezplačno zasebno parkirišče, vrt ter teraso. To be clear, a few things were good: the food, the cocktails, the gardens, the quiet beach, and the lake view. The staff was polite, although communication in English was difficult. We were also allowed to check in one hour early, even if it was in a twin room instead of the double room we had actually booked. That is where the positives end.

A luxury modern/rustic cabin for 2 people with an exceptional location in the middle of a forest. Private terrace with jacuzzi overseeing the forest, Castro city and the bay. Extremely clean bathroom, bedroom and kitchenette. Super comfy bed. Huge breakfast served to our room at the time of our choosing with local cheese, avocado, a selection of cold meats, milk, youghurt, jam, natural juices and incredible bread (they bake it themselves). All appliances working including a Bose bluetooth speaker, perfect for enjoying the complimentary bottle of wine to soft music in the jacuzzi at night. Gloria y Cote are the nicest hosts ever, they treat you truly like family. They were so nice that when I asked for a charcoal grill to make a night barbecue they bought one specially for us! Even though Castro city is close (5 min drive) we went looking for a quiet place to relax but this exceeded our expectations, if you need a place to relax in Chiloé THIS IS IT!!
