This was an amazing opportunity for my family to stay at a beautiful place. Kitchen was equipped with all cooking equipment necessary, beds were comfortable, views were amazing. Balcony was amazing, you could just sit there all day!

Featuring a spa, an outdoor pool and a restaurant, Hotel Hare Uta offers accommodation in Hanga Roa. WiFi is available, connection is limited. We had an amazing stay at Hare Uta! Our room was large and very comfortable, with a huge shared common area. The hotel grounds were beautiful with lovely gardens with flowering trees and plants. We had originally booked bed/breakfast, but the hotel offered half-board for a reasonable price. The best part was that this package included all all the excursions plus dinners (lovely restaurant with good food and wine). The best part of our stay was the excursions. Our guide, Nuku, was absolutely fantastic. He was a local Rapa Nui whose family has been on the islands for generations. His grandfather was one of the young men who worked to restore the Moai's to standing position, and his mother was a 2-term governor of the island! He was a fountain of knowledge of history and legend, and seeing the island through his eyes was a privilege and a pleasure. On top of everything, he was an amazing photographer and a really fun guy! We only had a short time on the island (2 days), but we were able to see and experience everything with 1 full day tour, 2 half-day tours and a bonus sunrise tour of Tongariki (amazing - not to be missed!). Really, a once-in-lifetime experience all made possible by Hare Uta and Niku.

Set in a charming cabins made of local materials on the slopes of Rano Kau Volcano, Cabanas Christophe offers rooms and self-catering bungalows with free Wi-Fi and plasma TVs in Easter Island. Very beautiful vocation home with lush garden close to the ocean and airport. Walking distance from town center. The host christophor and wife are super friendly and helpful always responding any request with the greatest hospitality. They have car to rent and can guide tour though I didn’t use the service. Each room has a small kitchen and washing machine which is a great addition. Not easy to find breakfast during the new year and we can cook ourselves plus the host provided home baked bread butter juice . All in all, very happy with our stay.

Great property, made us super welcome, loved the breakfast, drinks and dining (awesome food). Sauna a great surprise, great relaxing space. Took a tour, not overpriced but very well organized. Room very comfortable.
