One of the housekeeper, wrote me a note telling me she has placed my custom jewellery and skin care products on the small towel to keep them safe. Very thoughtful and kind of her, I appreciate her sensitivity and going extra miles to perform her work. Her name is 唐淑容。 李英， a friendly staff appreciate our comment to her colleague and encourage us to write in. Yes, it's a good place to stay. Spacious, clean, and superb location! 💖

The hotel manager treated us so kindly and even toke us around the area, exploring various landmarks and things we must see. Rooms were super clean, well renovated. The dynamic was super friendly and I 100000% recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Chongqing, and want a hotel that's located in a nice neighbourhood with the most friendly staff.

ISEYA Panoramic Hotel in Chongqing (Jeifangbei Flagship) exceeded all of our expectations and delivered an outstanding stay from start to finish. The hotel’s location is perfect—right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient to explore Chongqing. The property itself is very clean and truly luxurious, with daily housekeeping that keeps everything spotless. Having laundry service included was a huge bonus and made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. The service was exceptional, especially the 24/7 butler service. Our experience with Kang Kang and Guo Guo was incredible. They took care of us with genuine warmth and professionalism, responding extremely quickly and assisting with every request and need throughout our stay. Requests such as deliveries, luggage support (ordering a brand new luggage bag which arrived within an hour at the last minute to alleviate the stress we experienced with our baggage), travel guidance, arrangements and room needs were met instantly and seamlessly. Their hospitality truly made a difference and elevated the entire experience. The SPA was also a highlight—relaxing and well-managed. When we requested privacy, the staff accommodated us smoothly and professionally, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was an excellent and very comfortable stay. I would absolutely recommend ISEYA Panoramic Hotel to anyone visiting Chongqing and would happily stay here again.

Do yourself a favour and get the room with the floating bathtub! The room was spacious and clean, featuring Byredo products. The breakfast had a wide variety of local, general Chinese as well as Western food. If, like me, you miss bread while traveling in China, you can have some here :)

Front desk staff were really helpful in helping me book for the 1 day trip to Wulong Karst & Fairy Mountain. Wayyy cheaper than booking online. It's only roughly 400RMB for the 1 day trip. look for the manager Rebecca if she's there at the outlet if you need any help, she can speak fluent English. Other front desk staff can also speak simple English :). And also a bonus, they help you wash, dry+fold your laundry for free! Just give them a basket of your dirty clothes and they'll wash it clean and return to your room! It's a lil bit tricky to find the hotel, but they will send you pictures on how to walk with directions so you don't get lost :)

I stayed at Niccolo hotel for a few days and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean, and the food was excellent. I accidentally left my earphones behind, and our hotel butler Freya kindly arranged to send them to my next hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I visit Chongqing.
