The support and friendliness of the staff was exemplary. I was able to find the hotel and other destinations very easily thanks to the help of the brilliant hotel manager Rebecca. She sent me detailed recommendations and tips for my stay, adding plenty of context for me to decide what to see in my limited time there. I was also able to find everything with her help. I have never had a better hotel experience, all of the staff very kind and humourous. The food was also excellent and the location was beautiful and serene. A little rooftop oasis. Cannot be recommended enough

The surrounding area is fantastic, surrounded by shopping districts – you can visit scenic spots during the day and hit the malls in the evening, all in one go. The sound insulation in the rooms is better than expected, ensuring a peaceful stay. The complimentary simple Chinese breakfast is delicious, and you can get milk and bread by asking the staff. There may be occasional small communication discrepancies, but they are resolved quickly and do not impact your stay in the slightest.
