From the very beginning, Dani, the host, welcomed me with warmth that set the perfect tone for my stay. Not only was she incredibly kind and professional, but she also organized a range of activities that made my time there incredibly fun. Thanks to her creativity and enthusiasm, each day was filled with opportunities to socialize and enjoy, making my solo travel experience all the more enriching. The bar staff, including Wendy, Richie, and Germán, deserve special mention. Wendy, in particular, stood out: her friendly demeanor, positive energy, and charming disposition made every moment at the bar a true pleasure. From the first minute to the last of her shift, Wendy was an exceptional host, always attentive and with a smile that brightened the atmosphere. At the reception, Ari, Tequila, and Alejandra provided impeccable service. I want to especially highlight Ari, whose helpful and courteous attitude, combined with enviable efficiency, made her one of the best receptionists I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Additionally, Tequila, Ari’s pet, added a special touch to my stay with her friendly and affectionate nature, making every interaction at the reception even more delightful. I had the pleasure of meeting Diana, the chef, who displayed a unique charm in her personality alongside excellent professionalism. Her dishes were not only delicious but also reflected a genuine passion for cooking. The way she combined flavors and presented each dish made every meal a memorable and special experience. In summary, VIAJERO GUATAPÉ is an incredible place, not just for its facilities but also for the human touch of its team. Each staff member contributes uniquely to making the experience unforgettable for a solo traveler. I will undoubtedly return!
