Located a mere 50 metres from Guiones’s main break, in Nosara, Costa Rica, The Sunset Shack features a year-round outdoor pool and guests can also enjoy the on-site restaurant. Restaurant was delicious and great value for money. Staff were exceptional. I felt so comfy travelling alone. Finally, the location was quiet, close to the beach and cool amenities and thankfully did not have the touristy feel of North Nosara.

All the buildings, pools etc were just snuggled in with nature. Bungalows were private and cart rides always available. Staff were so friendly and welcoming and greeted us by names each day. The thermal pools were peaceful as were the pools. Food was delicious

This adults-only boutique hotel offers stylish accommodations with ocean views and tropical gardens. Jardin del Eden also features a private beach garden located in the middle of Tamarindo beach. The hotel and its grounds are absolutely stunning, genuinely like the garden of Eden. Relaxing on a daybed by the pool truly feels like a slice of paradise. There is also a private access area on the beachfront which has incredible views of the sunset. The rooms are huge and immaculate. Location is also great with plenty of excellent bars and restaurants nearby!
