Very beautiful rooms, comfy beds, there was everything you could need for your stay. Very quiet, didn't hear other guests in their rooms. Delicious breakfast. Perfect for families with kids. Happy I made this choice.

Everything was amazing: very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, a clean and warm room. The facility is right in the city center, 5 min away from the Colonade. Very quiet at night, though. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our short stay.

The staff is outstanding — incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. It's clear that guest comfort is their top priority, and they go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. There’s a well-stocked bar on site, perfect for a relaxed evening, as well as a wellness area with a sauna and jacuzzi that offers the ultimate relaxation after a long day. Everything was spotless and well organized. This place truly has something special — a unique charm that makes you want to come back again and again. The hotel is little older, but the value for money is great and the staff friendly attitude compensates for any little downsides. The restaurant is great, I just recommend to make prior reservation, as they were full every evening, which is just another proof of good quality. The location is perfect for a family with small kids who want to learn to ski, as it is right next to small slopes which also have kids parks with belt lifts and plenty of ski rentals and ski schools. The room was big and have a lot of storage spaces, which is hard to find nowadays. A lot of parking space. We will be back definitely.
