Beautiful location and lovely staff. Appreciated the gluten free bread rolls and non dairy milk at breakfast, which added to the already delicious breakfast. The room overlooked the river and had a superb veranda to sit and enjoy the surroundings.

Spa Suite was super nice with lots of comfort and amenities. The private Sauna and then the fancy hot tub on the big balcony were super nice. Bed was top notch. Breakfast was good too and their restaurant for dinner.

Set in tranquil nature and featuring a historical ambience, this grand castle hotel offers spacious rooms with Italian period furniture. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices at the buffet. The service at breakfast by the waitresses was very good. The location was excellent! The castle and the grounds are beautifully kept and inside was warm and cosy with lovely antique furnishings to fit the castle’s original era. Lots of attractions nearby! Surrounded by the forests of the Lower Harz region, the Naturresort & Spa Schindelbruch offers modern rooms, a large spa and a country-style restaurant. It is located close to Stolberg. We enjoyed a short romantic break. The location was perfect for this purpose. The hotel is located in a beautiful area of the Harz, surrounded by a wonderful forest. However, it was easy to find the hotel and, as we were travelling by car, we were able to easily get around and visit Stolberg, the Rose Park in Sangerhausen and other interesting places. The hotel grounds are also incredibly beautiful. Although the lower park was closed due to the construction of the new swimming pool, our room nevertheless faced the front of the hotel grounds and we enjoyed the view undisturbed. The breakfast and dinner were super lovely with an excellent selection of food. Perhaps the restaurant should consider displaying the wine bottles when they only serve a glass of wine, instead of bringing a glass already filled with wine to the table from outside. The wellness area with swimming pool is excellent. I had a facial and a massage. And it lived up to the highest expectations. I would definitely do it again if I had a longer stay.

This family-owned spa resort in Bad Sachsa, in the Harz Mountains nature park, provides guests with spacious rooms and a wide variety of free leisure activities and extra services. We loved this hotel, the spa facilities were great, especially the outdoor pool. The food was fantastic, we really enjoyed our breakfasts and the evenings meals. We stayed in a suite which was very comfortable and had a lot of space, we loved sitting on the balcony. Thank you to all the staff for being so helpful and friendly, we would love to stay again.

Our host was friendly and went above and beyond, even giving us an early check-in and a tour. The apartment was spotless, with a stunning mountain view in a peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with everything—blender, Nespresso, toaster, you name it—plus sparkling-clean dishes and cutlery. The bathroom was sleek and modern, with dimmable lights and a heated mirror for that extra touch of luxury. Overall, an amazing experience! Highly recommended.
