The view from the garden to the mountains is wonderful. Kitchen is equipped with everything you could wish for. Bakery and Supermarket are in walking distance. The Königscard you get when staying here is amazing: it gives you free access to basically all public transport in Oberbayern, Allgäu and Tirol incl. all Bergbahnen, museums and other sights like the Partnachklamm.
