The most friendly and helpful staff you'll ever meet. I was delayed by 1 day due to weather conditions. They let me cancel that night with no problem at all. Featuring a Mediterranean villa and small Renaissance castle, this 5-star luxury hotel is surrounded by the vineyards of Perl-Nennig, near the German borders with France and Luxembourg. We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 10 years and it never fails to delight us. Some of the staff greeted us like old friends even though this was our first visit since 2021. The food and facilities are all superb. As with all great hotels its is the staff that make it special.
