Generally a pleasant environment in the hotel, you can feel comfortable and like home. The staff were friendly. Rooms were clean, not big but the space was sufficient for a few days. We took a medium room and that was just the right fit for 2 persons. The beds were comfortable and linens were clean. Good value in Copenhagen.
